Paper Copy

A paper copy of this handbook is available to subscribers of the SIMA series of reports. Subscription to SIMA costs £50 for members of the UK Higher Education community and £200 for others. Further information is available from

Single copy cost £10 for members of the UK academic community and 12 pounds (others). There is a 10% discount on orders of 10 or more. In addition postage and packing must be paid: 60p for a single copy and £2.85 for orders of up to 25. These rates apply to the UK.
